產(chǎn)品說明
FLOWING1010最早用于薄涂粉（也叫超細粉末涂料），解決薄涂粉流動性不好、包團、帶電不好難以上粉的問題。后來我們發(fā)現(xiàn)FLOWING1010用于普通熱固性和熱塑性粉末獲得了意想不到的效果。
首先克服法拉第屏蔽效應(yīng)明顯，粉末的帶電性增強，能很好的噴進凹槽陰角，超過了氧化鋁C；其次是有效防止粉末包團結(jié)塊，提高粉末的霧化及流動性，尤其是在夏季FLOWING1010效果超過了氣相白碳黑和氧化鋁C;另外用于金屬粉末可有效防止金屬粉黏槍頭和吐粉現(xiàn)象，是綁定粉末的良好添加劑。
